Your Role:
As a Physical Therapist with us, you will:
- Conduct in-depth assessments and holistic treatments, with a focus on pelvic floor therapy and orthopedic care.
- Collaborate within a team that values innovation and holistic health.
- Be part of a nurturing environment where your growth and education are prioritized.
- Help shape a clinic culture that is a guiding light in holistic healthcare.

- See a reasonable caseload (6-8/day), so that you go home feeling energized and happy about the work you did, not drained
- Focus on your client. Get to spend 60 min(or longer in some cases) with your patients one-on-one. Get to know your patient, and build a deeper relationship
- Easy documentation. We are 100% out-of-network with insurance companies, which means less restrictions and requirements

- You get to treat the patient on a full spectrum, from injury to wellness and beyond
- Spend your down time researching a case when you need to.
- Have one-on-one mentorship weekly to grow and develop into the best “therapist version” of yourself
- Institute of Physical Art Orthopedic Residency can be considered

Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas, specialized in Pelvic Floor Therapy, but also understands the connections to orthopedic issues
- Passionate about holistic, patient-centered care
- Strong Manual Therapy skills (visceral manipulation a bonus, but not a necessity)
