Nasal Release Technique in Keller, TX

Move Better, Hurt Less, Get Your Life Back In Keller

For headaches, TMJ, airway and cranial tension
Some problems around the head, face, and neck don’t fully resolve with standard approaches. That’s where Nasal Release Technique may come in.
At R3 Physio in Keller, we use Nasal Release Technique as part of a broader systems‑based plan for certain types of:
  • Migraines and headaches
  • TMJ‑related pain and jaw tension
  • Facial / sinus pressure, including “behind the eyes”
  • Airway‑related issues (feeling “blocked,” difficulty taking a full breath)
  • Some performance‑limiting issues in singers, performers, and dancers

What Is Nasal Release Technique?

During a session:
A small, soft balloon is gently placed into specific areas inside the nose
The balloon is briefly inflated, then deflated and removed
This is done in a controlled, stepwise fashion on each side as appropriate
Throughout the process, we’re also paying close attention to:
  • Your breathing and airway
  • Eye position and overall nervous‑system response
  • How your neck, jaw, and cranial base are moving
Many patients describe:
  • Easier breathing or a greater sense of openness in the nose and throat
  • Reduced pressure in the face or head
  • Changes in jaw, neck, or shoulder tension

How It Fits Our Systems-Based Approach

We never perform Nasal Release Technique in isolation from your story.
Before recommending it, we’ll look at:
  • Your headache / migraine / TMJ / airway history
  • Past injuries, concussions, whiplash, or surgeries
  • How your neck, jaw, ribs, and upper spine are working together
  • Other systems that may be contributing (for example, nervous‑system overload)
If Nasal Release Technique is appropriate, it will be one tool among others (hands‑on work, movement, nervous‑system regulation) aimed at changing the underlying patterns, not just chasing symptoms.

Is Nasal Release Technique Right for You?

Nasal Release Technique is not for everyone. It may not be appropriate if you have:
  • Certain sinus or nasal conditions
  • Specific medical or surgical histories
  • Significant anxiety about any intra‑nasal procedures
We’ll always:
  • Explain the process in detail
  • Answer questions
  • Obtain informed consent
  • Stop immediately if you’re uncomfortable
If you’re in Keller, Northlake, or the greater Fort Worth area and have stubborn migraines, TMJ pain, cranial pressure, or airway‑related issues, and are curious whether Nasal Release Technique might help, the first step is a comprehensive evaluation.
You can reach out through our website or call the clinic to see if this fits your situation.
