Condition We Treat
Pelvic Pain Doesn't Mean Surgery. It Means You Haven't Found the Real Problem Yet.
You've tried everything. The pain keeps coming back. At R3 Physio, we find the real root cause — not just the symptom.

Understanding Pelvic Pain
What Is Pelvic Pain?
Pelvic pain is real. It's also rarely what you think it is. You've probably been told it's "just your pelvic floor" or "nothing we can do without surgery." But pelvic pain is a whole-body problem—and it shows up when your pelvis, hips, spine, fascia, and nervous system aren't working together.
Whether you have endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, erectile dysfunction, dysmenorrhea, or pain with no clear diagnosis, we see the same pattern: your body is compensating somewhere else. Your rib cage is locked. Your lower back is rigid. Your jaw is clenched. Your gut is inflamed. The pelvic floor is just where the alarm is going off.
That's why 10-minute PT visits and generic exercises don't work. Your pelvis needs a detective, not a treatment sheet. We're here to find what's actually driving your pain—and fix it.

Our Approach
How We Treat Pelvic Pain
At R3 Physio, we don't just treat the painful area. We evaluate your whole body — fascia, gut, pelvis, airway, nervous system — to find the real root cause.
Full-Body Systems Evaluation (75–90 Minutes)
Your initial 75–90 minute evaluation gives Your Therapist time to assess your pelvic floor, ribs, spine, hips, fascia, gut function, breathing, and nervous system. Together, we identify compensations, restrictions, scars, and the primary driver of your pain.
Root-Cause Treatment Plan
Once we know what's actually wrong, we build a plan that addresses it. This might mean releasing visceral restrictions, restoring rib cage mobility, calming your nervous system, retraining your breathing, and yes—helping your pelvic floor relax (not always 'strengthen'). Every session is 1-on-1, hands-on, and tailored to YOUR body.
Integrative, Whole-Body Approach
We don't isolate the pelvis. We work on fascia continuity, TMJ-to-pelvic floor connections, gut-nervous system relationships, and postural patterns. We teach you how to breathe, move, and live in a way that keeps pain from coming back.
Sustainable Pain Relief (Not Temporary Band-Aids)
Our goal is to get you OFF the treatment treadmill. We want you to understand your body, manage flare-ups yourself, and get back to the activities you love—without injections, surgery, or endless PT visits.
Your Journey
What To Expect
- 1
No pressure. No sales pitch. You meet your Doctor of Physical Therapy, share your story, ask questions, and see if we're a fit. This is for skeptics and the curious.
- 2
your Doctor of Physical Therapy performs a comprehensive assessment: pelvic floor evaluation, spinal mobility, hip/rib function, nervous system reactivity, breathing patterns, scar tissue, and visceral restrictions. You'll leave understanding WHAT is driving your pain—not just 'what exercises to do.'
- 3
Each session is 60 minutes, 1-on-1. You'll receive hands-on work (fascial release, visceral mobilization, pelvic floor release/retraining) plus education on breathing, posture, movement, and lifestyle. No generic sheets. No quick fixes.
- 4
As you improve, we teach you self-management strategies. Some patients return for monthly tune-ups; others graduate and stay pain-free. You're in control.
Why Choose R3 Physio
The R3 Difference
1-on-1, Full-Hour Sessions with a Doctor of PT
Insurance PT gave you 10 minutes and a sheet. We give you 60 minutes and a detective. Your therapist does not rush. They find what others miss.
Whole-Body Root-Cause Evaluation
Your pelvic pain isn’t just a pelvic-floor problem. It’s a ribs–spine–hips–nervous-system problem. We look everywhere. That’s why we find the answer.
Not Traditional Physical Therapy
You’ve already tried traditional PT. We’re integrative: fascial release, visceral work, nervous system retraining, breathing, and TMJ–pelvic connections. We treat the whole system, not the symptom.
Transparent Pricing, No Insurance Delays
No pre-authorization. No 3-visit limits. No forcing you into a mold. You get the care you actually need, when you need it. HSA/FSA eligible.
