Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the R3 Physio website (the "Site"), located at r3physio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. R3 Physiotherapy, PLLC ("R3 Physio," "we," "us," or "our") may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Not Medical Advice — No Provider-Patient Relationship

The content on this Site — including blog posts, videos, educational material, and any information provided through forms, chat, or email — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for a full evaluation by a licensed physical therapist or other qualified healthcare provider.

Browsing this Site, submitting a form, requesting information, or entering a giveaway does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is only established once you are formally evaluated and accepted as a patient of R3 Physio.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site or any communication with R3 Physio for urgent or emergency medical needs.

4. Our Services

R3 Physio provides physical therapy and related wellness services on a self-pay basis. R3 provides superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. We do not bill insurance directly, and it is the patient's responsibility to understand their own insurance coverage or reimbursement options, if applicable.

Program names (including Relief, Restore, and Refine), continuity membership tiers, and related pricing structures are proprietary to R3 Physio and subject to change. Current pricing will always be confirmed directly with our team, not assumed from prior visits or general site content.

5. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of half the cost of the visit or forfeiture of a scheduled visit from a prepaid package.

6. Payment, Pricing, and Credits

  • All program and package fees are due according to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase, including any approved payment plan arrangements.
  • Evaluation credit: The evaluation fee paid at a patient's first visit may be credited toward a program if the patient enrolls within the timeframe communicated at the time of the evaluation. This credit is not guaranteed beyond that stated window.
  • Refund policy: In the event that a refund is issued on unused sessions in a prepaid program, all visits that have been used will be converted to a full price visit. Pre-paid packages are discounted as a benefit for purchasing multiple visits at one time. The sum of all used visits at the full price visit to visit rate will then be subtracted from the total pre-paid package amount. The remainder will be refunded, if deemed appropriate.
  • Promotional pricing: From time to time, R3 Physio may offer time-limited promotions, giveaways, or discounted packages. These offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and are not retroactively applicable to prior purchases.

7. Text Message and Email Communications

By submitting your contact information through this Site (including via forms, giveaways, or booking requests), you may receive text messages and emails from R3 Physio related to your inquiry, appointments, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional communications.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of receiving care or services from R3 Physio.

8. Giveaways and Promotions

From time to time, R3 Physio may run giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes ("Promotions") through this Site or third-party platforms. Each Promotion is governed by its own Official Rules, which will be made available at the time of entry and will include, at minimum: eligibility requirements, entry period, prize description and value, odds of winning, winner selection and notification process, and any restrictions on prize substitution.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Promotion offered by R3 Physio.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a Promotion's Official Rules, the Official Rules govern for that specific Promotion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, program names and structures (such as Relief, Restore, and Refine), videos, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the property of R3 Physio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

10. Testimonials and Reviews

Any patient testimonials, reviews, or success stories referenced on this Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of specific results for any other individual. Results vary based on each person's condition, history, and adherence to their treatment plan.

11. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as review platforms or payment processors). R3 Physio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R3 Physio and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site. This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability for the clinical care provided in person by R3 Physio's licensed providers, which is governed separately by applicable healthcare standards of care and any patient consent documentation signed in-clinic.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R3 Physio, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
