Condition We Treat
Stop Living With Vestibular Therapy
You've tried everything. The pain keeps coming back. At R3 Physio, we find the real root cause — not just the symptom.

Understanding Vestibular Therapy
What Is Vestibular Therapy?
Dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues feel isolating. You might avoid certain head movements, skip the gym, or hold onto railings. The worst part: you've been told it's just 'one of those things' or that surgery is your only option.
Here's what most people don't know: vestibular and balance problems rarely come from one single cause. Your inner ear, your neck, your nervous system, your pelvis, even scar tissue—they all talk to each other. When one system is out of sync, dizziness and instability follow.
The good news? Many vestibular issues respond quickly once we find the real culprit. Sometimes it takes 1-2 visits. Sometimes it's more complex and requires deeper evaluation. Either way, we treat the whole system, not just the symptom.

Our Approach
How We Treat Vestibular Therapy
At R3 Physio, we don't just treat the painful area. We evaluate your whole body — fascia, gut, pelvis, airway, nervous system — to find the real root cause.
Full-System Discovery Evaluation
Your 75–90 minute initial evaluation gives Your Therapist time to assess more than your ears—your neck, pelvis, nervous system, breathing, scars, and fascia—to understand why your balance is off.
Root-Cause Diagnosis & Plan
Once we understand which systems are contributing, we build a personalized plan. Some vestibular cases resolve in 1-2 visits. Others require ongoing treatment. You'll know exactly what to expect—no surprises, no insurance-driven guessing.
Targeted, Whole-Body Treatment
Your sessions combine vestibular-specific exercises, neck mobility work, nervous system regulation, postural retraining, and whatever else your body needs. We're not handing you a generic sheet and sending you home. You get hands-on care and live coaching every visit.
Sustainable Balance & Confidence
The goal isn't just symptom relief—it's real stability and the freedom to move again without fear. We teach you how to maintain your improvements and prevent relapse.

Why Choose R3 Physio
The R3 Difference
We Look Beyond the Inner Ear
Vestibular issues aren't always an ear problem. Your neck, nervous system, pelvis, and fascia all affect balance. We evaluate the whole system, so we catch what others miss.
Dedicated One-on-One Care
Your R3 Physio therapist has the time to listen, treat, coach, and adjust your plan. No rushed, cookie-cutter sessions—just focused care built around your needs.
Some Cases Resolve Fast; Complex Cases Get Real Solutions
We're honest about timelines. Simple vestibular cases may need only 1-2 visits. Complicated ones get the evaluation and ongoing care they deserve. Either way, you're not guessing—you have a plan.
No Insurance Limits
Insurance PT often caps sessions and pushes you out the door. We design your care around what you actually need, not what an insurance company approves. HSA and FSA are welcome too.
