R3 Physio is an out-of-network, one-on-one practice in Keller, Texas. One Doctor of Physical Therapy, one patient, 60+ minutes. No aides, no double-booking, no 15-minute slots.
We assess the whole system every time: fascia, gut, pelvis, airway, jaw, nervous system, old scars. The place that hurts is rarely the place that's driving it, and we have the time to find the real cause.
Most clinics have a ceiling: on what you're allowed to treat, on how much you can grow, and on what you can earn. We're building the opposite. R3 is a practice designed to let PTs reach their full potential, clinically and financially. Your skills keep growing, your scope grows with them, and so does your income.
This is probably you if:
- You've paid for advanced training and had nowhere to use it on Monday
- You can feel a restriction away from where the patient is pointing, and you want the time to chase it
- You've discharged someone at "functional" knowing you could have actually fixed them
- You want to be coached, and you want someone to watch you work and push you

The role
- Full-time, 40 hours/week: 37 treatment hours + 3 protected hours for mentorship, 1:1s and team meetings
- Typical caseload: 32–35 patients/week, every one of them one-on-one
- $84,000–$87,000 base at full caseload, with a guaranteed salary while you build your schedule
- Base is the floor, not the ceiling. Pay tiers grow as your skills and outcomes grow, and monthly bonuses on top of base reward Google reviews, patient referrals and continuity-program enrollments

Requirements
DPT, licensed (or eligible) in Texas. Manual therapy background preferred. Curiosity required.
You don't need to be a salesperson. A cash-pay schedule fills up when patients finally get an explanation that makes sense and feel someone found the actual problem.
